2. Who can buy

• You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872.
• Our platform is intended for retailers and business buyers who buy goods for resale or business use.
• You must give true, complete and current information, including your business name, address and GSTIN (if registered).

3. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login details safe and for everything done through your account. Tell us at once if you think someone else has used it. We may suspend or close an account that gives false information or breaks these terms.

4. Products and information

• We try to show accurate descriptions, images, specifications and prices. Colours may look slightly different on your screen, and the packaging may change from time to time.
• Where the law requires it, product pages show details such as maximum retail price (MRP), net quantity, manufacturer or importer and country of origin, as provided with the product.
• If we notice a clear error in a price or description, we may correct it or cancel the order and refund you in full.

5. Prices and taxes

• All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹). Prices are shown [inclusive of GST / plus GST as applicable]. GST at the applicable rate is shown on your tax invoice.
• Wholesale prices, bulk-slab prices and minimum order quantities (MOQ) shown on each product apply to that product only, and may change without notice. The price at the time you place your order is the price you pay.
• Shipping charges, if any, are shown before you pay. Delivery is free on orders worth ₹5,999 or more. See our Shipping policy.

6. Placing and accepting orders

An order placed on the website, on WhatsApp or by phone is an offer to buy. The contract is formed when we confirm the order. We may decline or cancel an order, for example when stock is not available, the price is wrong, the PIN code is not serviceable or we suspect fraud. If you have already paid, we will refund you.

7. Payment

You can pay using the payment methods shown at checkout, which may include UPI, cards, net banking, bank transfer and Cash on Delivery for eligible orders. Online payments are processed by our payment partners. If money is deducted but the order fails, the amount is normally reversed by your bank or the gateway within the timelines set by the Reserve Bank of India. Call us if it is not.

8. Cancellation

You can cancel an order before it is dispatched by calling us on +91 96499 77080. We will refund any amount paid. Once an order is dispatched, it can only be returned as described in our Returns & refunds page.

9. Delivery, returns and refunds

Delivery is governed by our Shipping policy. Returns, replacements and refunds are governed by our Returns & refunds page. Both form part of these terms.

10. Warranty

Products that carry a manufacturer’s or brand’s warranty are covered by that warranty. Warranty is not offered on damage caused by misuse, water, drops, unauthorised repair or normal wear and tear. Call us and we will help you with a warranty claim.

11. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the website to break any law, to give false information, to interfere with the website’s security or operation, to copy or scrape our content, or to place fake or abusive orders or reviews.

12. Intellectual property

The logo, name “Nevermore Trade”, text, images and design of this website belong to us or our licensors. Product names and brands belong to their owners. You may not copy, reuse or republish our content without our written permission.
