This policy explains what personal information we collect on www.nevermoretrade.com and through WhatsApp and phone orders, why we collect it, and the choices you have. It is written to follow the Information Technology Act, 2000, the Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules, 2011 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, to the extent each applies to us.

  • Contact details: name, shop or business name, phone number, WhatsApp number, email address.
  • Address and tax details: billing and delivery addresses, PIN code, GSTIN.
  • Order details: products, quantities, prices, payment status, delivery and return history.
  • Payment information: payments are handled by our payment gateway partner. We do not see or store your full card number, CVV, UPI PIN or net banking password. We may receive a payment reference and status.
  • Technical data: IP address, browser, device type, pages visited and cookies, as explained below.
  • Messages and reviews: what you send us by WhatsApp, phone, email or the review form, including your name and review text.

3. Why we use your information

  • To create your account, take and deliver your orders, and issue GST invoices.
  • To process payments, returns, refunds and warranty claims.
  • To send order updates, tracking details and service messages.
  • To send offers and new-arrival updates, only if you agree. You can say stop at any time.
  • To prevent fraud, keep our website secure and improve it.
  • To meet legal obligations such as tax, accounting, GST and e-way bill requirements.
